Eliminate odors and stains on mattresses
The mattress, like all household appliances, needs to be cleaned. It is natural that in the long run, the mattress may smell bad or stain. Remove bad smell from mattress:
Expose the mattress to sunlight and open air for several hours.
The mattress can be cleaned and get rid of somethings like dust particles, mites or lice, dead skin, and hair with a vacuum cleaner.
Baking soda is one of the strongest substances that eliminates unpleasant odors. Pour a little baking soda on your mattress. After half an hour, vacuum the surface of the mattress.
Remove stains from mattress:
Do not use hot water to remove stains. This is exactly because you cause the stains to spread to the underlying layers.
Hydrogen peroxide solution, or oxygenated water, removes stains. Mix this substance with a little dishwashing liquid and pour it on the stain. After a few minutes, wipe it with a clean cloth. Try not to spread the stain.
The combination of baking soda and cold water creates a solution. You can brush some of this solution on the stain and then wipe with a clean towel.
